- 1 kilogram fresh Vegetables (seasonal vegetables as desired)
- 150 grams Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Corn kernel (canned)
- 1 Pickle (cubed)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps mixed Fresh herbs (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- to garnish
- 2 Radish (cut into matchsticks)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix ingredients for the dip and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with radish matchsticks.

Rinse, trim and cut vegetables into pieces. Serve vegetables with dip.
