- For the herb dip
- 1 ⅛ cups low-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup natural Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Fresh herbs (e. g dill, chives, parsley; chopped)
- 2 carrots (cut into sticks)
- 2 yellow peppers (cut into sticks)
- 2 red peppers (cut into sticks)
- 2 sticks Celery (cut into smaller sticks)
- 1 Cucumber (cut into sticks)

Preparation steps
1.
To make the dip, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and herbs then season with salt and ground black pepper. Spoon into a serving bowl.

Arrange the vegetable sticks in another bowl.
3.
Garnish the dip with the dill and parsley and serve with lettuce.
