- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped Chives
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 ½ tsps salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams melted Margarine
- 25 grams Sourdough powder (starter)
- 460 grams Pastry flour (type 1050)
- 1 tsp Dry yeast

Preparation steps

Peel and mince the garlic. Add the herbs to a blender with 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) of water and blend until smooth. Add the flour, salt and yeast to a large bowl. Stir in the sourdough starter, pureed herbs, garlic, melted margarine and 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cups) of water. Season with pepper and knead to form a smooth dough.

Line 4-6 small flower pots with parchment paper. Divide the dough into equal portions and place in the prepared pots. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the flower pots.
