- ⅛ cup plum schnapps
- ⅔ cup Apple juice
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 Vanilla bean (cut open lengthways)
- 5 ⅓ cups Plum (pitted and sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Caramelize the sugar slightly and deglaze with the schnapps.
2.
Add the apple and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Add the vanilla pod and the plums. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
