Turkey Samtimbocca with Peppers

4 Turkey cutlets (each about 160 grams)
1 paprika
1 paprika
8 Sage
8 slices Bacon (thin)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Season meat with salt and pepper. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs. Roast peppers, skin side up, in preheated oven at  270°C (approximately 525°F) until peppers blacken and blister, watching carefully. Remove peppers from the oven and peel. Top each turkey cutlet with a pepper slice and 2 bacon slices, top with sage and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in a pan and cook cutlets for about 4 minutes per side.

Arrange turkey cutlets on plates and serve with pasta and cream sauce, if desired.
