- 4 Turkey leg (each about 400 grams)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground paprika (sharp)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Rinse the turkey legs and pat dry. Mix the honey, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper and rub son the turkey legs. Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 50 minutes. Turn the turkey legs over now and then.
3.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the pepper and garnish to taste with parsley and beet leaves.
