- 500 grams Asparagus
- 500 grams turkey breasts
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp butter
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 400 milliliters Chicken broth
- 2 Tbsps Chervil (or parsley)
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 tsps Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps sauce thickener

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse asparagus, peel the lower third, and cut off the ends. Cut asparagus into pieces. Cut turkey breast into strips.
2.
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Fry turkey for about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper and remove. Pour broth into a pan and cook the asparagus for 10 minutes, covered.
3.
Add turkey, cream, chervil (or parsley), lemon zest, and lemon juice to the asparagus. Bring to a boil.
To serve: Spoon turkey and asparagus out of sauce onto a plate. Serve with gravy.
