- 300 grams Tagliatelle (cooked al dente and cooled)
- 250 grams Tuna (in oil, canned)
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 carrots
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
- Pumpkin seed oil

Preparation steps

Peel carrot and cut into sticks. Rinse cucumber, cut into quarters lengthwise and then cut in pieces. Mix pasta in a bowl with 2-3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds. Add lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons water and stir.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix well, then arrange pasta mixture in four small bowls. Cover each bowl with cucumber, drained tuna and carrots. Serve immediately.
