- 1 onion
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 Tbsps Corn (canned)
- 1 green Bell pepper (cut in stripes)
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 leaf Green cabbage (cut in stripes)
- 8 Corn tortilla (finished product)
- Crème fraiche

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the ground beef in it until brown. Add the onions and saute until soft. Add tomato paste and simmer over low heat with a little water for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Lay the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for 5 minutes.

Place 2 tortilla over each other, and divide the ground beef filling and vegetables equally into each tortilla shell. Top with a dollop of creme fraiche and serve.
