2 red chili peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water. Chop the olives. Rinse the chile peppers, trim, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop.

2.

For the vinaigrette, mix the chile peppers well with olives, vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the cooked tortellini, toss with the vinaigrette and let marinate for a few minutes. Serve.
