- 2 Tbsps butter
- 80 grams Spelt berries
- 6 Tbsps white wine
- 150 milliliters clear Broth (Instant)
- 80 grams grated Parmesan
- 100 grams Peas (Refrigerated)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Heat the butter and saute the onion and garlic in it. Add the spelt and fry briefly. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce. Pour in the broth and cook covered over low heat for 40 minutes. Stir in the parmesan and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Rinse the tomatoes. Cut a lid from the tomatoes and fill them with the green risotto. Put the filled tomatoes into a greased baking dish and cover it (with a lid or with foil). Cook in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
