4 mini Pizzas (finished product, frozen)
1 garlic clove
1 small onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
500 milliliters Chicken broth (from a jar)
1 small, peeled Tomato (400 grams)
1 tsp dried Basil
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Bake the mini pizzas according to the package instructions.

Peel the garlic and onion. Cut the onion into thin columns. Heat the oil and sweat the onions until soft. Press the garlic into the pan and saute briefly. Pour in the broth. Add the tomatoes (including the juice) and mash well. Add the basil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Whip the cream. Pour the soup into bowls and top with a dolop of cream. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve with the mini pizzas.
