2 scallions
1 garlic clove
1 generous pinch Lemon peel
1 tsp spicy Mustard
4 hardboiled eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Add scallions, garlic, lemon zest and mustard to ground beef and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. 

2.

Make eight small balls out of meat mixture and place on toasted bread slices. Halve eggs and remove yolks. Crumble yolks over meat and serve.
