- 4 slices Toast
- 4 thin slices Zucchini
- 2 thin slices Eggplant
- 4 young green Asparagus
- Red onions
- 2 leaves Lollo Bionda
- ½ Red Bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 Tbsps crumbled Feta
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the slices of bread.
2.
Rinse lettuce leaves and place on 2 slices of toast with the onion rings.
3.
Add remaining vegetables with a little oil to a grill pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper and place on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with feta and place the 2 remaining slices of toast on top. Serve immediately.
