- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Curry powder
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices Toast

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the eggs. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and the mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise mixture.

Toast the slices of the bread. Top 4 slices with the lettuce, then add the egg salad. Top the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread, halve lengthwise, and serve immediately.
