- 1 ripe Avocado
- 200 grams cooked shrimp (from the refrigerated section)
- 150 grams Bresaola
- olive oil
- salt
- toasted Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Peel avocado and cut into wedges. Broil bread, watching carefully, until golden-brown on both sides. Drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place 2 slices of bresaola on each piece of toast. Top with avocado slices and shrimp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
