Preparation steps

For the marinade, peel the garlic and squeeze through the press. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, pluck some leaves from the stems, and finely chop. Mix the garlic and thyme with olive oil and season with salt. Mix the pork neck chops in the marinade and marinate for about 2 hours.

Allow the chops to drain and fry in a pan for about 10 minutes. Serve with grilled tomatoes and zucchini.
