- 150 grams soybean

- 600 grams white fish fillets (e.g., cod, Atlantic wolffish)
- 2 scallions
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp red Curry paste
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp cilantro (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Rinse and cook soybeans in boiling salted water until soft, about 7 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and finely chop.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the fish. Rinse the scallions and cut into narrow rings.
3.
Mix the fish with the soybeans, egg, curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and cilantro. Roll the mixture into small balls and flatten. Sauté the fish cakes in a hot pan with oil until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
