- 200 milliliters Coconut milk
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground Cardamom
- 4 egg yolks
- 60 grams brown sugar
- fresh Fruit (for garnish, such as star fruit, papaya, pineapple, persimmon)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140°C.

Bring the milk with the cream, the ginger and cardamom to boil in a saucepan.

Beat the yolks and sugar together until creamy but not foamy. Pour in the hot milk in a thin stream, mix and pass through a sieve into 4 cups. Put cups on an ovenproof dish and pour in enough hot water so that the molds are 2/3 in the water.

Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
5.
Turn off oven, let the finished cream rest for a few minutes in the oven and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
