- 5 ozs Glass noodles
- 4 cups turkey stock
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- ½ Lime (juice)
- 1 ¾ ozs shiitake mushrooms (finely sliced)
- 2 heads Bok Choy (finely sliced)
- 11 ozs cooked Turkey (chopped)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Knife zum Bestreichen, 1 Baking sheet, 1 weiter Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 große Bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Salad server
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain.
2.
Put the stock, soy sauce, ginger, chilli and lime juice in a large pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
3.
Add the mushrooms, pak choi and turkey and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4.
Add the drained noodles and cook for 2 minutes, until heated through.
5.
Divide between 4 serving bowls and serve immediately.
