- 21 ozs Blueberries
- 4 mint (leaves)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 24 ozs
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- 3 sccops Vanilla ice cream
Preparation steps
1.
Trim blueberries, rinse and pat dry. Rinse mint and shake dry. Thread 4 berries and 1 mint leaf on each of 4 toothpicks and set aside for garnish.

Mix remaining blueberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a blender finely. Blend in milk, sour cream, and ice cream while mixing, so that a creamy drink is produced.
3.
Pour shake into 4 glasses and serve garnished with blueberry skewers.
