- 4 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps chopped mint
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps fresh pressed lemon juice
- 200 grams Halloumi cheese (diced and fried)
- freshly ground peppers
- salt
- Pita bread

Preparation steps

Prepare the bulgur according to the package directions, then cool slightly.

Mix the bulgur with the parsley, onion, mint, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 1 hour, then mix in the halloumi cheese. Before serving, season to taste with pepper. The tabbouleh goes well served with pita bread.
