Swiss Sausage Salad
Cut meat and cheese slices into quarters and place in a bowl.
Rinse and trim scallions, thinly slice crosswise and add to the bowl, along with the radishes.
For the dressing, whisk mustard with broth, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad and toss to combine. Let marinate about 2 hours, then season to taste and serve.
