- 100 grams uncooked sticky rice
- 100 milliliters Coconut milk (canned)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- mint
Preparation steps

Soak sticky rice overnight (about 12 hours) in a bowl of cold water. Drain well in a colander. In a saucepan, combine rice with coconut milk, a pinch of salt, sugar and enough water to cover rice by 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes. The liquid should be completely absorbed by the rice. Remove lid and let cool.

Roll rice into balls and serve with mint.
