- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 Oranges
- 4 centiliters Orange liqueur
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 400 milliliters dry white wine
- mint (for garnish)
- sugar (for the glass rim)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and cut into small balls with a melon baller. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and mix with the orange liqueur, white wine and honey. Add the melon balls and chill for at least 2 hours.
2.
Dip the rims of 4 glasses in water then coat in sugar. Fill with the melon soup and serve garnished with mint.
