40 grams sugar
2 Tbsps butter
100 milliliters Sparkling wine
1 l milk
250 grams Strawberries
1 Tbsp Chocolate
1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Heat butter and sugar in a saucepan, add rice and deglaze with champagne. Cook, stirring, until all liquid is absorbed. Add milk so that rice is just covered. Cook, stirring, until milk is absorbed. Continue to add milk and cook, stirring, until rice is al dente and creamy (about 20 minutes).

Rinse, dry and halve strawberries.

Place risotto onto four plates, top with strawberries. Garnish with pistachios and grated chocolate. Serve.
