Sweet Baked Nut Bites
Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Arrange the pretzels on the baking tray and top each one with a chocolate caramel. Bake in the oven for about 3-5 minutes until the chocolate is warm but not melted.
Remove from the oven and quickly place a pecan half on each chocolate pressing down gently so the caramel just begins to ooze.
Leave to cool completely until set.
