- ½ tin Tomatoes
- ½ tsp salt

- 60 grams Emmentaler cheese (grated)

Preparation steps
1.
1 Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2 Heat the oil in a frying pan and quickly sauté the chicken. Add the courgettes and fry both together for 2 minutes.

3 Stir in the chopped tomatoes, bring to a boil and season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and oregano. Simmer gently.

5 Mix the tortellini with the sauce. Sprinkle the serving plates with grated cheese and spoon on the tortellini. Garnish with basil.
