40 grams Crabmeat
1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
½ tsp Caraway
salt

2 Tbsps Salmon caviar

Preparation steps

1.

Hard-boil the eggs. Rinse under cold water and cut a lid from each. Loosen the egg whites and the yolks from the shells and finely chop the egg whites. Use the yolks elsewhere.

2.

Break apart the crabmeat and mix with the crème fraîche and the egg whites.

Coarsely grind the caraway seeds in a mortar.

Season the eggs with caraway, salt and pepper and spoon back into the shells.

Serve garnished with caviar and dill.
