- 4 eggs
- 1 shallot
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- 60 grams grated Cheese (such as Bergkäse)
- scallions (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

The oven to preheat grill.

Hard boil eggs. Drain and halve. With a tablespoon, remove egg yolks and whites and chop finely. Peel shallot and chop finely. Combine shallot, cream fraiche and chopped egg. Stuff egg halves with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Place in a baking dish (best with special cups) and bake under hot broiler for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, watching carefully. Garnish with chives and serve.
