- 1 Brie 1 kg (approximately 2 pounds)
- 80 grams black Olives
- 60 grams dried Apricot
- 20 grams candied orange
- 20 grams Candied lemon
- 40 grams Walnut
- 2 handfuls parsley
- 20 grams Chives
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 250 grams cream cheese

Preparation steps

Cut the brie in half horizontally to form two layers.

Drain the olives and chop coarsely. Chop the apricots and candied oranges and lemons. Chop the nuts. Rinse the parsley, chives and rosemary, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop. Mix half of the parsley with rosemary, chives and cream cheese until creamy. Mix in the fruits, nuts and olives and spread onto the bottom layer of brie. Place the top layer back on and garnish the with the remaining parsley. Chill until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
