- 600 grams mixed Nut (chopped)
- 500 grams Nougat
- 400 milliliters Whipped cream
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 500 grams Strawberries
- lemons (zest and juice)
- 80 grams sugar
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation steps
Melt the nougat and mix with the nuts. Smooth into three springform pans with a diameter of 28 cm (approximately 11 inches) lined with parchment paper. Let chill for 1 hour until solid. Turn out from the pan.
Rinse and slice 2/3 of the strawberries, reserving the other 1/3 for decoration.
Beat yogurt with cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth.
Whip cream until stiff. Set aside 1/3 of the cream. Fold the other 2/3 of the cream into the cream cheese mixture. Take a nougat circle and spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture onto it. Top with strawberries. Layer another nougat circle and repeat with the another 1/2 of the cream cheese and strawberries. Top with the last nougat circle. Decorate with the remaining cream and garnish with remaining whole and cut strawberries. To serve: Dust with powdered sugar.
