Stir Fried Rapini
Trim the rapini, rinse, shake dry and cut into 2 cm (approximately ¾ inch) pieces. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the rapini and garlic in it while stirring.
Pour the white wine and add the bay leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed. Serve in a bowl.
