- 2 carrots (peeled and chopped into thin strips)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 ¼ inches freshly grated ginger (peeled and grated)

- 2 Tbsps Plum sauce
- 1 scallion (chopped diagonally into thin rings)

1 große Bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Bowl, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Offset spatula, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Wire rack, 1 Fine grater, 1 Cutting board, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Tea strainer, 1 Large knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Medium bowl, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Paper towel, 1 deep bowl
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet until very hot, add the meat and seal on all sides.
2.
Add the carrot, garlic, ginger, a little water and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
3.
Stir in the plum sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
4.
Season the meat with soy sauce and serve scattered with scallion rings and garnished with parsley.
