- 2 slices Cod (each about 200 g)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ½ lemon (sliced)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 Broccoli (florets)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into matchsticks)
- 3 parsley and thyme
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 250 milliliters dry white wine
- 3 Tbsps melted butter

Preparation steps
1.
Drizzle the cod with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2.
Place the lemon slices and parsley leaves on the bottom of a fine sieve or a steaming basket. Place the fish, broccoli, bell peppers and carrots in the basket and season with the garlic and thyme.
3.
Place the white wine in a large pot and bring to a boil. Place the sieve or basket on top and steam, covered, for 10 minutes.
4.
Serve the fish with the vegetables. Drizzle with melted butter. Serve with boiled potatoes if desired.
