- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Sage (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to hot. Grill the chistorra for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy on the outside.

Meanwhile, brush the ciabatta with the olive oil.
3.
Remove the chorizo from the grill and allow to cool a little. Arrange inside the ciabattas and serve on plates with sage sprigs as a garnish.
