Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chile peppers, clean seeds and ribs and cut into rings. Briefly sauté in oil. Add turmeric and sprinkle in rice. Add broth and salt, cover and cook about 25 minutes. Liquid should be absorbed at the end.

Distribute rice between dishes and serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
