- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 80 grams Peanuts (chopped)
- 2 ½ tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 80 milliliters vegetable oil
- 300 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 Muffin tin
- Fat (for the muffin pan)
- or 12 Paper baking mold

Preparation steps
1.
Grease the muffin pan or arrange the paper baking molds on a baking sheet. Combine the flour, nuts, baking powder and baking soda.
2.
Whisk the eggs lightly, season with salt and pepper, add the parsley, oil and yogurt and stir until combined. Mix into the dry ingredients until just combined.
3.
Distribute between the muffin recesses and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) for 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
