1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
½ tsp Mustard
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp soy sauce
white peppers
½ Red Bell pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes, rinse under cold water, peel and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash with the ajvar chili paste, mustard and crème fraîche. Season with soy sauce and white pepper to taste. Rinse the red bell pepper and chop finely.  

2.

Stir half of the chopped peppers and 1 teaspoon of parsley into the egg yolk mixture and fill the eggs. Garnish with the remaining parsley and chopped peppers.
