Preparation steps

Cover the tea and the spices with 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of boiling water, then let steep for 3-5 minutes. Heat the milk, add the honey, and stir until combined.

Pass the tea mixture through a fine strainer into the milk. Stir to combine, then pour into glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve.
