Preparation steps

1.
Place the minced lamb in a large bowl and bring to room temperature.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with your hands to ensure even distribution.
3.
Roll the mixture into small walnut-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
5.
Add the meatballs in batches, cooking on all sides until golden and just cooked through – about 6-8 minutes.
