- 12 whole almonds
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 12 large green olives (pitted, drained)
- 12 Baguette
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12 slices organic Chorizo

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet.
2.
Stir together the oil, chilli powder and paprika. Add the almonds, tossing to coat.
3.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until dark and roasted. Leave to cool.
4.
Stuff each olive with an almond and place on a cocktail stick.
5.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the bread slices and place a slice of chorizo on top. Put a stuffed olive on top of each slice.
