Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). Peel potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Thaw the peas.

Grease a small springform pan. Whisk the eggs with the lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the herbs, peas, potatoes and mix. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Gently shake the mold to reduce any bubbles. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes, possibly covering.

3.

To serve, cut into pieces and garnish with chile strips and pepper flakes.
