400 grams Porcini mushroom
400 grams Spaghetti
salt
peppers (from the mill)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
2 shallots
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and slice mushrooms. Peel the shallots and finely cut into strips. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat the oil and butter, and sautée the mushrooms over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the shallots and cook, covered, over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley and mix thoroughly with the drained spaghetti. Serve.
