- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 125 milliliters Red wine
- 125 milliliters Beef broth
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams Ground meat (such as veal)
- 1 sm jar Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 50 grams Parmesan
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel the carrot, trim the celery, and finely chop both. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the oil, fry the onion and pressed garlic, add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly over high heat while stirring. Pour in the wine and broth. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the tomato paste and peeled tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, drain and arrange on plates. Pour the sauce over the noodles and garnish with marjoram. Serve with grated Parmesan.
