- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 can peeled Tomatoes
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 50 grams Parmesan (piece)
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel carrot and celery and finely chop. Peel onion and finely chop. Chop the basil (setting some leaves aside for garnish). Heat oil, add onion and pressed garlic and sauté until translucent. Add remaining vegetables and sauté briefly.

Add ground meat and fry until crumbly over high heat while stirring. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in tomato paste and the peeled tomatoes. Simmer for about 30 minutes, then add the chopped basil.
3.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and divide among plates. Top with the sauce and garnish with basil leaves. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
