- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams Ground meat
- 400 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
- 1 generous pinch Lemon peel
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 4 Tbsps parsley
- 4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the carrot and cut into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft. Add the minced meat and brown. Add the tomatoes, carrots and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Then drain.

Rinse the parsley and chop finely.
4.
Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and heat. Season again with salt and pepper to taste and divide onto four plates. Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley and grated parmesan.
