Smoke and Fiddich Ross
To make Smoke: Combine whiskey, chocolate liqueur and tamarind juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the contents of the cocktail shaker through a strainer into the glass. Serve garnished with star anise.
To make Fiddich Ross: Combine whiskey, honey and sugar syrup in a tumbler. Stir well. Add chile and press lightly with a bar spoon to infuse drink with spicy flavor. Fill tumbler with crushed ice and serve.
