1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 2 Bowls, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Large knife
Preparation steps
1.
Put the carrots in a pan and just cover with water. Add the salt.
2.
Cover, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until tender. Drain well.
3.
Add the butter, plenty of salt and pepper and place over a low heat. Mash until fairly smooth.
4.
Put into a serving bowl and sprinkle lightly with pepper. Garnish with parsley.
