- 5 ⅓ cups Pork (e. g. loin, cut into thin bite-sized pieces)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ¾ inch fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 ½ cups Spinach
- 4 scallions (sliced into rings)
- Chili powder

Preparation steps
1.
Put the meat in a bowl with the garlic and ginger. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and the cornflour and mix together.
2.
Tip the oil into a hot wok. Add the meat and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until golden. Add the sesame seeds, spinach and spring onions and fry together for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
3.
Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and chilli. Divide between bowls and serve.
